do any of yall know what Sur 13 is? i dont know if its a grafitti crew or an actual gang but they're taggin that Sur 13 all over my shit and pretty much fucking everywhere. plus they just throwin them in jail and everywhere i go i see Sur 13... on the gas stations, the kroger, a few neighbors down from me's house... its gettin on my nerves lol. but the thing that really gets me is I NEVER SEE THEM IN THE ACT OF ANYTHING. not once have i seen someone from Sur 13 out actually taggin shit or doing anything but standing in a group of mexicans lol. they're startin to piss off the IGD and Almighty 'round here, so im pretty sure shits gonna get ugly quick...
