Scars don't make up a girls mind for them, she's no gonna be like "this dude's ugly, oh he has a scar, lets fuck." And unless you have some really hideous fucking scars, the opposite.

You are seriously looking at it completely wrong.

Let's say you are talking to a girl at a pool. You engage in a 10 minute conversation when she notices you have a scar on your back. This girl could be petty and that could be a turn off for her. Causing her to instantly dismiss you.
