    Oh yea Born, this is an idea of mine, you should have a heavyweight title for each division, North, East, South, and West. Then after a champ successfully holds the title for two weeks, then he faces a champ from another division. And basically, have people trying to get all the titles. I think it'd make it more interesting and competitive, but its entirely up to you.
