Romancing Razor blades

She’s got a bizarre attraction.
The site of dripping blood in
action.
Just the simplicity of the edge
grazing across her soft skin.
The relief she feels is amazing.

At night when she goes to sleep
she can here them calling to her.
Every time she shuts her eyes,
there’s a red curtain.

They’re even in her dreams.
Every time she drifts off. It’s
the same place. A dark, chilly
place. Dead trees and cracked
concrete. And every night, the
dream ends the same way;
romancing razor blades.

This was a good poem. It had a real deep thought and I liked it. Good rhyming scheme.
