So yea what we have here is slightly more complexity in bars versus more comedy in delivery.. slightly More structure verses a slightly more loose rhyme scheme. Wordplay vs just Rhyming. More hits vs less hits and thats what wins in text flat out. Mofo's verse may have flowed better with more connected words, but there are any number of people who can rap and make it sound funny and witty to "rookie" readers/listeners because they're mostly looking to be entertained without having to think much.. and while I disagree with one of those rookies votes.. @Jutebox and I do agree that this battle was rather uninspiring on both sides with neither doing anything extraordinary with verses that mostly felt to be just there or just enough to be considered a decent verse. A. Diction didn't drop sooo much better than his opponent that its a clear win but with just the one or two better formulated bars from setup to punch that make for a more thought provoking read he does just barely enough to take this.. An easy thing to miss when you don't do this shit and therefore don't understand just yet. Jutebox.. keep your eyes on lyrics from now on foo.. cause those beat swag HERE, all day.

Overall both did not stand out. A.diction's flow seemed effortless because it doesn't show much effort. MOFO used colorful language and like most battle raps included gay jokes and girlfriend/wife/mom jokes that are frankly overdone which I don't give points for unless it completely stands out. Because of the overall luke warm vs. just below luke warm performances of both...…..VOTE: A.diction

There wasn't a whole lot to be proud of in this battle to be honest..
It looks like Ronin was expecting MoFo to suck and for the most part he did; however, MoFo did have one line that hit and I liked a little:

Oh... and the 50 cent line was cool too..
