I wasn’t big on robos this week, robo is weird sometimes he comes fire other times I just don’t understand what he was going for. Kings bar was a good flip and executed well, more of a brag than a punch but still had more of a punch about it.

Robo the concept was cool but i felt you could have executed it in a way so that it could have stung more. King had a nice direct bar that tied in everything nicely (comp, bar, free round). My vote is for King

This one... it was actually good. However, King took it by basically stating that Robot Cop has no nuts. Both of you did well and I am almost almost proud: I am not actually proud of either of you though because it's text battling.

boy/buoy homophone works with some accents really well. your setup is probably what keyed me into this.
free round double entendre was cool and the set up lent to the punch well. i thought the choosing boy over buoy in the wording was a bit tricking but made getting the punch a bit more satisfying.

v/Robocop

Robo starting off talking about his opponent in the third person is hilarious to me for some reason. As for the sink or swim part I guess it was cool but overall it felt like it's missing something.

King while on the surface seemingly looked like he didn't do much, It was effective because that to me was the angle he was going for. The dismissive nature of calling this a first round Bye and at one point literally telling Robo he's no competition at all was highly disrespectful in its own right given Robo was champ here a few weeks. Who does this King guy think he is to say that?lol. But then the punch about the rounds, while the playoff association with bar slash rounds of drinks have been done before, the way King worded it felt like it matched up well with the disrespectful tone so for that MVGT King....The OTHER King actually. * Shrugs *
